JONATHAN PIGFORD - Solicitor AND CROWN COURT ADVOCATE

Jonathan Pigford qualified as a solicitor in 1998 having originally trained as a barrister. In 2008 he gained his Higher Courts (Criminal Advocacy) Qualification and regularly appears in Crown Courts throughout the region representing clients facing the most serious of matters. On occasion, this has led to appearances before the Court of Appeal. Jonathan provides our firm with the unique ability to represent our clients at the initial police interview, right through to the Magistrates’ Court and Crown Court, providing a seamless and exclusive service throughout their case. Jonathan has had an expansive career including; prosecuting for the Health and Safety Executive and Trading Standards; representing taxi drivers at Local Committee and representing Interested Parties in Coroner’s Inquests.
