Our Crime Department:

Our experienced team of Solicitors and Accredited Police Station Representatives are on hand to provide criminal legal advice and assistance anytime, day or night. We cover all police stations and courts throughout Northumberland, Tyne and Wear, County Durham, Teesside and Cumbria. 

If the Police want to interview you under caution, either by appointment or ‘voluntarily’, or you have been arrested and are detained at a police station, please contact us straightaway on our emergency number 07904 190124 for expert help.

If you have received a summons or ‘postal requisition’, or have been charged with an offence and must now attend a Magistrates’ Court or Crown Court, call us on 0191 265 8817 or 07904 190124 (out of office hours) and we will be able to advise and assist you immediately, whatever the issue.

In addition, if the Department for Work and Pensions, the Local Authority or other Regulatory body wish to speak with you as part of an investigation contact us so that we can advise you as soon as possible.

If you are a taxi driver and your Local Authority wish to interview you or take action in respect of your taxi licence we are able to help you avoid revocation or suspension.
