This means that on average costs are between £228 and £864, inclusive of VAT*. The

exact number of hours it will take depends on the circumstances of your case. Such

as:

o Whether you are also raising legal arguments as to avoid or reduce driving

disqualification sentences and fines

o Complex evidential or legal issues

VAT is currently charged at 20%

2. Not Guilty Plea

On average this type of work takes between three and 10 hours to complete at an

average hourly rate of £190.

This means that on average costs are between £688 and £2280 inclusive of *VAT.

The exact number of hours it will take depends on the circumstances of your case.

Such as:

o Complex legal or evidential issues

o Length of trial

o Number of defence witnesses being called

o Expert evidence being needed
